  3. Starch: 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa: half a cup
  • Flour: 3 cups
  • - Eggs: 5 pills
  • Sugar: 2 cups
  • Oil: three-quarters of a cup
  • Milk: a cup
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Baking powder: half a tablespoon
  • Vanilla: half a tablespoon
  • Cocoa: three quarters of a cup

How to prepare

  1. Whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl until you get a creamy mixture.
  2. Pour the milk and oil, then add the vanilla and cocoa, whisking continuously until the ingredients are homogeneous.
  3. Preheat the oven at 160°C.
  4. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl and gradually add the mixture to the egg mixture, mixing after each addition.
  5. Grease a tray with a little oil, then pour the cake mix into it, then put it in the oven until it is cooked.
  6. Take the cake out of the oven and leave it aside until it cools down.
  7. To prepare the chocolate sauce: Put the cocoa and starch in a saucepan, pour the milk over them and stir until the ingredients dissolve.
  8. Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  9. Remove the pot from the heat and leave the mixture aside until it cools down.
  10. Cut the cake horizontally into two equal parts and brush the bottom section with a little chocolate sauce.
  11. Put the second part of the cake, then paint the face and sides with the sauce.
