Ingredients

  • Cream cheese: a box (cheesecake ingredients)
  • Sugar: one tablespoon (cheesecake ingredients)
  • Hot water: a cup (caramel ingredients)
  • Sugar: 5 tablespoons (caramel ingredients)
  • - Eggs: 1 piece (caramel ingredients)
  • - Milk powder: two cups (caramel ingredients)
  • Vanilla: a quarter of a teaspoon (caramel ingredients)
  • - Vinegar: a quarter of a teaspoon (caramel ingredients)
  • Apple: 4 pieces (cut and boiled in a little water, sugar and cinnamon, for decoration)
  • Nuts: as desired (crushed, to decorate)

How to prepare

  1. Melt the sugar over a low heat until it takes on a dark golden color, then pour it into a bowl.
  2. We mix the butter with the biscuits until it becomes like crumbs, then distribute it in small molds (or a large mold as desired) and compact well to make a layer.
  3. Beat the cheese with the sugar in an electric mixer until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Distribute the cheese mixture in the molds, then place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
  4. Decorate the molds with boiled apples.
  5. Pour the previously prepared caramel over the apples using moulds, and decorate with sugar as desired.
