  • Powdered sugar: 125 grams
  • Vanilla: half a teaspoon

How to prepare

  1. To prepare the base: Grind the biscuits in a blender well, then add the butter and sugar and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.
  2. Cover the bottom and edges of a cheesecake mold with parchment paper, then start laying the biscuit mixture together, pressing it well.
  3. Put the mold in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. To prepare the cheese mixture: Whisk the cream cheese well in a blender until it becomes creamy.
  5. Add the vanilla, then the fresh whipped cream and stir well for 3 minutes.
  6. Take the cheesecake mold out of the refrigerator and spread the cheese mixture over the biscuits, then return it to the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. To prepare strawberry juice: Put strawberries with sugar in a bowl and leave the ingredients to soak for about 20 minutes.
  8. Put the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the mixture begins to boil.
  9. Reduce the heat and keep stirring to get the juice.
