To prepare the base:- Plain tea biscuits: 200 gm
- Butter: 50 gm (melted)
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese: 250 grams
- Cream: 250 milliliters (fresh and whipped)
- Powdered sugar: 125 grams
- Vanilla: half a teaspoon

How to prepare
- To prepare the base: Grind the biscuits in a blender well, then add the butter and sugar and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.
- Cover the bottom and edges of a cheesecake mold with parchment paper, then start laying the biscuit mixture together, pressing it well.
- Put the mold in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- To prepare the cheese mixture: Whisk the cream cheese well in a blender until it becomes creamy.
- Add the vanilla, then the fresh whipped cream and stir well for 3 minutes.
- Take the cheesecake mold out of the refrigerator and spread the cheese mixture over the biscuits, then return it to the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes.
- To prepare strawberry juice: Put strawberries with sugar in a bowl and leave the ingredients to soak for about 20 minutes.
- Put the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the mixture begins to boil.
- Reduce the heat and keep stirring to get the juice.
- Filter the juice with a strainer to get rid of impurities, then leave it aside until it cools down.
- Pour strawberry juice into the cheesecake mold over the cheese mixture, then put it back in the fridge for an hour.
